Hi, I’m Rieko Kameda (Peco)

I’m a certified Co-Active Coach and bodywork practitioner based in Northern California.

My work weaves together coaching and bodywork to support deep, lasting transformation — connecting mind, body, and spirit.

 

I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strength and live in alignment with who you truly are.

 

In our sessions, we’ll explore what really matters to you, gently challenge the beliefs that hold you back, and create clear steps to help you move forward — with more confidence, clarity, and trust in yourself.

What is Wellbeing Coaching?

To me, wellbeing means feeling at home in yourself—mind, body, and spirit. It’s that grounded sense of “I can just be me.”

Life pulls us in so many directions. It’s easy to lose touch with what really matters to us.

My coaching offers space to slow down, tune in, and come back to what’s true for you.

 

I work from a Co-Active Coaching approach, which is based on the belief that you’re already whole, creative, and resourceful—even when things feel messy or uncertain.

 

In our sessions, we’ll listen not only to your thoughts, but to your body’s signals, your intuition, and the quiet wisdom within you.

I’m here as your thinking partner, your guide, and someone who walks beside you—not in front, not behind.

01.  Orientation and/or Trial Coaching Session Request

02.  Conducting Orientation and/or Trial Coaching Session

03.  Finalizing Coaching Agreement and Payment

04.  Initial Session (90–120 minutes)

05.  Ongoing Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each, minimum of 6 sessions)
