Coaching session with me

For me, coaching is a space for intentional, meaningful dialogue with the self. It’s a grounded and supportive environment where we explore not only what’s on your mind, but also what’s held in your body—and what your deeper self is trying to tell you.
In our fast-paced lives, we often internalize expectations—how we should be, what we must do—and gradually build up layers of conditioning that distance us from who we truly are. But when we begin to gently release those layers, we reconnect with our own clarity, strength, and purpose.
In my sessions, we intentionally set aside mental noise and engage with the intelligence of the body, intuition, and inner voice.
Together, we explore essential questions like:
“What kind of life do I truly want to live?”
“What does my soul need right now?”
Often, this process brings surprising insight—clarity that can lead to meaningful, sustainable change in your life and work.
In addition to coaching, I operate a bodywork practice where I bring in another layer of presence. As a practitioner, I emphasize resonance over mere empathy—creating space for deep, embodied connection that goes beyond words. These moments often remind me of the extraordinary depth and beauty of being human.

Learn by doing: Working through real-life challenges in English gives you the chance to practice language skills in a meaningful, immediate context. By exploring your current questions, emotions, or goals in English, you not only gain clarity—you also build communication skills and confidence that translate directly into daily life.
Experience deeper embodiment: The limited vocabulary we might have in a second language can actually lead us to express ourselves more clearly and concretely. Support in both languages: If needed, I offer bilingual support during sessions. Whether you're unsure how to express something in English, or didn’t fully understand what was said, I can provide gentle clarification in Japanese. This ensures that language never becomes a barrier to your growth.
