Since childhood, I’ve had a deep love for self-reflection and have always been drawn to the question: “How do I truly want to live?” Guided by this inner longing, I’ve followed a path of freedom and exploration—continually turning my desires into action.

As a bilingual professional, I pursued higher education in both Japan and the U.S., gaining diverse experiences across cultures and industries. My background spans marketing at a Silicon Valley startup, sales and management support for the Asian market at a semiconductor company, early childhood education at a private school in the U.S., and tutoring children with dyslexia.

Currently, I’m based in California, where I run my private practice, Calm Bodyworks, LLC. As a certified bodyworker, I offer hands-on sessions that support emotional healing through the body. Since 2023, I’ve also been offering coaching as a certified well-being coach—helping clients reconnect with their true desires through the wisdom of both body and mind.

During the pandemic, I encountered Theory U, Scribing, Mental Models, and Adult Development Theory, all of which profoundly shifted my understanding of transformation. I realized that connecting with the deeper, often unconscious, longings of the soul is at the heart of a meaningful life.

But transformation doesn’t stop at insight. What truly matters is how we meet and move through everyday challenges—especially when life doesn’t reflect our ideal vision. This belief led me to Co-Active® Coaching, a model that deeply resonated with my values.

Today, I integrate over eight years of experience as a bodyworker into my coaching practice, honoring the body’s intuitive wisdom. My sessions balance being and doing—supporting clients in aligning who they are with how they live and act.

I completed my first 100 hours of Co-Active training in Japanese, and the second 100 hours in English. I earned my CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach) credential in English. Coaching sessions are available in English, Japanese, or bilingual—depending on your preference.
